Keyylabs designs and sells keyboard accessories intended for compatible mechanical and Hall Effect keyboards.

Customers are responsible for verifying product compatibility before purchasing.

Pricing,

All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable taxes where required.

Shipping costs are displayed during checkout.

Order Processing,

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.

Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand.

Shipping,

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Keyylabs is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, postal services, weather conditions, or other events beyond our control.

If a shipment is reported as lost, customers must contact us promptly. We will investigate the issue with the carrier before determining an appropriate resolution.

Returns,

Customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, complete, and returned in its original condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or an error was made by Keyylabs.

Warranty,

If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the issue.

Limitation of Liability,

Keyylabs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of its products.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product.
